The Lannett Company, a premier U.S. generic pharmaceutical supplier, selected SAP solutions for seamless management of serialization data and compliance. SAP, Movilitas and Answerthink provided crucial guidance, migration and deployment services.
The project included SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals (SAP ATTP), SAP Information Collaboration Hub (SAP ICH) and the ERP, SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC). The goal was to replace the company's current systems with a single SAP solution to remove challenges in warehouse operations and other areas as well as meet the U.S. FDA's Verification Router Service (VRS) requirements specified in DSCSA regulations.
